'' They are very good, very personable and innivative, and technically very sound. In our case they customized our bagging machine to suit so it did what we wanted it to do.So even though we bought 'off the shelf' they were able to customize the machines to do what we need.
One of the things that is very important is to have access to local expertise.
I could have imported something from China but the reality is I then would'nt get the support.
Having a local company to do these sorts of things is essential.''
