High-speed Newlong NP-7A Portable Bag Closer with steel cam provides a long, minimum maintenance service life.

Engineered for continuous operation, the single thread chain stitch bag closer has a top speed of 1,600 rpm.

The NP-7A closes bags of agricultural products, animal feeds, fertilizer, flour, chemicals and other pelleted and powder materials. The versatile closer also sews on horizontal surfaces and can be used to join two fabrics. NP-7A closes virtually every type of bag, including kraft paper, cotton, hessian, jute, PP/PE woven cloth as well as other bag materials.

These two machines can solve the problem! One has a crepe tape sewn over the top. The other sews two rows of stitching at once. The needle holes are off set to prevent leakage.

The SB-7K spring balancer, counter balances the weight of the machine so the machine is at a convenient height for the operator to grab and sew to top of the bag. The operator is not holding the full weight of the machine. Without the spring balance the machine is not always put down as gentle as it should or it is put on top of a full bag and accidentally knocked over.
